When I'm Flat on the Floor

When I'm Flat on the Floor

Twenty years my senior
My old drinking mate
He throws them down
Like a bull at a gate

I'd sure like to know
After all of these years
How many dollars he's spent
On all those cold beers

But he seems not to worry
'Bout the money I'm sure
As he heads for another
Behind the old beer fridge door

Yep,Him and his Mrs
Both three score or more
They'll both still be drinkin'
When I'm flat on the floor
