Pain
Intense,
excrutiating,
debilitating pain
radiating outward
from its source
Like tremors
buckling,tearing,ripping
from the epicentre
of an underground quake
Echoes of pain
reverberating
within my mind
driving me to despair
My inability to function
taking it's toll on my life
my relationship,my finances
my ability to cope
Despondent at times
I long for freedom
my psyche aching to break free
of the pain that binds
